AES’s 2nd grade is learning about polygons in this math lesson.
In Mrs. Sullivan’s kindergarten class on every special holiday and every Friday we work in stations to reinforce what we learned for the week. This week we started learning about addition.

Mrs. Sullivan’s class learned about Groundhog Day this week and wrote and illustrated what their predictions were; 6 more weeks of winter or an early spring? Pictured above they are sharing their predictions.
With our recent snowstorms, students are finally able to enjoy playing in the snow at recess. One student is taking a sledding run down the hill at AES!
Twice a month the AES School Community (including families) gather together as a group to share projects they are working on, talents they possess and birthdays, This week Mrs. Hill’s class shared what they have been working on.

Four representatives from Antrim Grange visited AES for their annual presentation of a dictionary to each third grader. This is an annual event and AES greatly appreciates their generosity.
