At AES, we have all school assemblies twice a month with different grade levels leading the assembly. This past week, third grade led assembly. Antrim 4th graders have been working on a State Symbols project with Jeannie Connolly, our Arts Enrichment Coordinator. The 4th graders consulted text and internet sources to become experts with their chosen state symbol, wrote a paragraph and drew an illustration, and then put together their books with Jeannie, Mrs. Storro, and family helpers.
