With our recent snowstorms, students are finally able to enjoy playing in the snow at recess. One student is taking a sledding run down the hill at AES!
Twice a month the AES School Community (including families) gather together as a group to share projects they are working on, talents they possess and birthdays, This week Mrs. Hill’s class shared what they have been working on.
Four representatives from Antrim Grange visited AES for their annual presentation of a dictionary to each third grader. This is an annual event and AES greatly appreciates their generosity.
Who can resist making a snowperson when you have fresh snow? During the storm a student took advantage of the fresh snow to exercise their physical and creative juices in the beginning stages of a new snowperson.
The fish tank at AES has provided many a moment to relax. Along with the art work depicting Antrim’s Gregg Lake (created with an artist in residence a few years ago) the fish tank is a popular spot to grab a few quiet moments.
